1.0 Degree ZS44-EC52 Angle Headset - To Suit Tapered Steerer Tube

When choosing the headset for your Canyon bike, take into account the Works headset's lower cup stack height is 13mm, therefore a 1.0 degree headset will give around a 1.3-1.4 degree angle change.

Lower Cup Stack Height: 14mm

Upper Bearing: 41mm OD, 45 x 45 Degree AC sealed bearing
Lower Bearing: 52mm OD, 45 x 45 Degree AC sealed bearing

Upper cup is external (EC) - will fit frames using ZS44 (ZS) upper headcup as standard.

If you are running a 1 1/8" fork you will need to purchase the reducer crown from the drop down menu - this headset comes as standard with a crown race to suit tapered forks.

This headset will fit Canyon's range of frames that use a semi-integrated upper cup with an integrated drop-in tapered lower bearing - Due to the changing specification over different manufacturing years of Canyon frames we now advise fitment is only made to aluminium models - please also check your frame has a removable upper push-fit headcup before purchase.

Works Components 1.0° angle-adjust headset with ZS44 upper and EC52 lower cups for tapered steerer tubes. CNC-machined in the UK from 6082-T6 aluminium with sealed bearings. Allows + or - geometry adjustment. Fits frames with 44mm upper and 52mm lower internal head tubes. Tapered steerer tube compatible (1 1/8" to 1 1/2") or with 1 1/8” fork with a reducer crown race.To fit some Canyon frames using ZS44-IS52 headtubes.
