Description

Works Components 1.0° angle-adjust headset with EC34 upper and EC34 lower cups for 1 1/8" steerer tubes. CNC-machined in the UK from 7075-T6 aluminium with sealed bearings. Allows + or - geometry adjustment. Fits frames with 34mm upper and 34mm lower internal head tubes. 1 1/8" steerer tube compatible. Ideal for trail, enduro, road and downhill bikes.

Great so far

Used the 1 degree 1 1/8 EC44 and it went in great! Works is the only company I'm aware of that offers this solution.

I'm looking forward to my next expedition with less twitchy steering.

Setup was a little fiddly; curious if it's possible to machine a small flat section on the forward faces of the upper and lower cup to make it easier to align them? Masking tape and a sharp pencil work too. Just a suggestion. Thank you!

1.0 Degree EC34-EC34 Angle Headset - To Suit 1 1/8" Steerer Tube

Perfect for my late 90's GT Zaskar rebuild. All I could find is a longer travel fork (Recon) that still had V-Brake bosses. This headset rakes out the front a little and lowered the stack keeping the seat tube angle closer to original. I bought a $25 headset press off Amazon and it was an easy install. Customer service was great. Cool product.
