Ordered a smaller chainring for my gravel bike since I'm not fit enough for the road gearing... Works had what I needed (no. of teeth, offset) so I ordered. Communication was good from checkout to delivery. Product arrived and it looked good and worked great. I have only gone on one ride so far but pleased.

As the SRAM 13-Speed 8-bolt 6mm chainrings are very new, I had to wait a little while. Once stock arrived, it was shipped out and delivered very quickly. Works Components communicated with me very well during this wait period.

The product itself appears to be very well made, was easy to install and fit perfectly. It was also very well priced and was cheaper than other suppliers by a significant amount.

Shipping could be faster, but OK.

Worked great too add a 1° angle to my fork on my pivot shuttle a.m. bike. We ride nothing but super technical steep rolls and chunk, and it is much more smooth on the rollouts. Money well spent!

These are great. Fits perfectly and works smoothly and silently.
I have had their angle headsets on three other bikes and smooth and durable on all of them.
