DELIVERY INFORMATION

DISPATCH TIMES
If in stock, orders are usually dispatched within 24-48hrs - excluding weekends.
SHIPPING ADDRESS DETAILS
Please check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order, if you notice an incorrect address please contact us immediately after your order has been placed as we will not be able to change the shipping address once the item has been dispatched.
We are unable to accept any responsibility if a shipping address has been entered incorrectly - if you have asked us to update your shipping address you will receive a updated confirmation with your correct delivery details.
UK DELIVERY
Free shipping on parcels sent to the UK.
All items sent via Royal Mail 24 within the UK. It usually takes around 1-2 days to arrive after dispatch (excluding weekends).
EUROPEAN DELIVERY
Post brexit we no longer charge UK VAT at 20% at time of sale - this is now charged at your countries rate upon import if stopped by customs - for more brexit info see below.
Tracked delivery for orders under €49.99 is €8.95
Tracked delivery for orders over €50.00 is €9.95
All items sent to Europe are through Royal Mail international tracked and are then passed on to your Countries postal service. It usually takes around 5-7 days to arrive after dispatch, all depending on area and customs (excluding weekends).
USA DELIVERY
From August 29th 2025 the $800 de minimis exemption ends.
From this point onwards all orders sent via our standard international delivery method will be delivered duties & tariffs pre paid - this means your delivery pre-clears customs on-route and you will not pay any additional tariffs or fees.
Tracked Royal Mail delivery for all orders is $9.99 USD
All items sent to the USA via tracked Royal Mail delivery are then passed onto USPS for delivery. It usually takes 7-10 days to arrive after dispatch, all depending on the area and customs (excluding weekends)
CANADA DELIVERY
Tracked Royal Mail delivery for orders under $50 is $9.99 USD
Tracked Royal Mail delivery for orders over $50 is $14.00 USD
All items sent to the USA via tracked Royal Mail delivery are then passed onto USPS for delivery. It usually takes 7-10 days to arrive after dispatch, all depending on the area and customs (excluding weekends)
FedEx Express Delivery is $27.00 USD
Delivery time is 3-5 days after dispatch all depending on customs and area.
REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
Tracked Royal Mail delivery for orders under $50 is $9.99 USD
Tracked Royal Mail delivery for orders over $50 is $14.00 USD
All items sent to the rest of the World are through Royal Mail international tracked. It usually takes 10-14 days to arrive after dispatch, all depending on the area and customs (excluding weekends).
FedEx Express Delivery is $27.00 USD
Delivery time is 3-5 days after dispatch all depending on customs and area.
COUNTRIES WHERE ROYAL MAIL TRACKED IS NOT AVAILABLE
We cannot currently offer tracked Royal Mail Delivery to the Countries listed below, we are sending all items to these destinations via FedEx courier delivery for $27.00.
Armenia - Azerbaijan - Bahrain - Brunei Darussalam - Egypt - Kuwait - Mexico - Philippines - South Africa – Vietnam
BREXIT & ORDERS TO THE EU
Since Brexit UK VAT @20% is no longer charged at the point of sale if you are ordering for delivery into the EU.
If the item is stopped by customs upon import you will now be charged VAT at your countries rate - As the UK & EU have a trade agreement and our parts are classified as 'Made in the UK' import duty will not be charged, a small handling fee may however be applicable. (Typically approximately 4-8EUR) Works Components are not responsible for any additional charges billed upon import, please check before purchase with your countries relevant agency if required.
